Terms of Use

Church Podcast Workflow is an internal operational tool for authorized Laurel Church of Christ IT personnel. It is not offered as a public account service.


Authorized church use


Authorized operators may use the workflow only for church-owned or properly licensed media and only with a church Google or YouTube account they are permitted to manage.


Required safeguards


Operators must follow the workflow’s privacy, review, publication, archive, and approval controls. Identity checks may not be bypassed, and the tool may not be used to access unrelated accounts or content.


Third-party services


The workflow depends on services including Google, YouTube, and Bitwarden. Availability, processing time, quotas, and external review decisions are not guaranteed. The workflow may stop rather than proceed when identities, evidence, or remote outcomes are uncertain.

Publication, deletion, and updates

Publication and deletion


Uploads begin private. Public release, privacy containment, and deletion require their applicable explicit approvals. The workflow does not grant ownership of third-party content or permission to violate copyright, privacy, platform terms, or applicable law.
